Eating one banana a day will keep your skin beautiful!

This was something I kept reading about, so I decided to try it out for myself. I’ve never been a huge fan of the fruit, but I was willing to test it out, the fact that it’s a healthy regimen motivated me. So I started off eating one banana a day and just like that (after just one day!) I saw an improvement in the texture and firmness of the skin on my face. I was a bit skeptical, thinking maybe it was just a part of the month that I was due for clearer skin (we all have certain weeks of the month that our skin is at its best). Eventually I skipped a couple of days of eating my daily banana, when I figured I'd try it again, and see if it would make a difference again...And it did! So YES YES YES! One banana a day is great for the skin, and i definitely believe it’s better to find ways to brighten up your skin from the inside out instead of the outside in. I’ve learned that relying on creams and countless products are not the way to go since it's only superficial, short lived and not to mention filled with chemical crap. Try it and you’ll love it! What this did for me was I started seeing tighter, and better textured skin as well as it smoothed out some of the creases of my frown lines because of the improvement in my skin. Besides eating 1 banana a day, sometimes I'll apply it as a mask for a double effect by slicing thin pieces of the banana and sticking them to my face, leaving it on for about 30 mins while doing other things around the house.

*A little trick I've heard that models do to keep they breasts nice and firm is to mash up a banana and massage it onto your chest and leave on for about 15 mins.

•Bananas contain three natural sugars, sucrose, fructose and glucose along with fiber. A banana thus gives an instant and substantial boost of energy.
•A banana contains Vitamin B6, which helps in the synthesis of antibodies in the immune system apart from red blood formation, protein metabolism and functioning of the central nervous system.
•No other fruit contains more digestible carbohydrates than bananas. This is advantageous because, the body burns off calories from carbohydrate more easily and quickly than calories from fat or protein.
